Annie Specht

Owner/Head Trainer

Annie began riding at the young age of five years old. Growing up she was always looking for opportunities to get extra time in the barn. After dabbling in all the riding seats, she fell in love with jumping. The day after Annie graduated high school, she drove 20 hours to be the barn manager and head instructor at a riding camp in East Aurora New York. She coached 12 girls a week in multiple lessons a day and horse showed every weekend. She has attended many clinics with world renowned trainers and Olympic riders such as Darren Chiacchia, John Staples, Lainey Ashker, Jeff Cook and Daniel Stewart. Annie has demonstrated a wonderful gift of working with young riders and horses with her calm, patient, and kind demeanor. She enjoys working with children and adults and has a unique passion for teaching riding, horsemanship, and horse care to aspiring equestrians.  Annie now shares her love of horses with her son Wylder who turns 2 this April.

Deborah Ingram

Instructor

Deborah Ingram has loved horses ever since she was eight years old… the age at which she promised her mom to keep her room clean in return for being allowed to take lessons. She kept that promise, going from simple cross rails and easy flat work, to competing hunter jumper and western pleasure at the collegiate level in IHSA. After college, she became a full time trainer starting colts & polishing older horses’ skill sets. Deborah has been teaching lessons for seven years in hunter jumper, dressage, western pleasure, barrels, horsemanship & colt breaking. Deborah lives in Guthrie, OK with her husband, two kids, and two dogs. She has a passion to help riders of all levels increase their knowledge and skills in the amazing sport of horses.
